The Monginis headquarters is also a model bakery with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities designed to produce a wide range of cakes, gateaux and pastries, tongue-tickling savouries and a variety of any-time snacks. Here quality assurance steps in at each and every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure world-class soft 'n' fresh cakes, snacks and baker's ware. 

Monginis headquarters has a well equipped lab and has been awarded ISO 22000 : 2005 certification since November 2008 for maintaining and assuring best of hygiene and quality standards of its products for its customers. 

In addition to manufacturing facilities at Mumbai, it has manufacturing at Bhiwandi, Pune, Nasik, Madgaon (Goa), Surat, Baroda, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Indore, Hyderabad, Cuttack, Kolkata, which cater to 500 plus retail franchisees in 37 cities and more than 25,000 non-exclusive retailers across India. 

It also has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Cairo, Egypt. From here it caters to 35 exclusive retail shops spread across Cairo and Alexandria in addition to a large number of non-exclusive shops.
